The “9th Corporate Governance Evaluation Awards Ceremony” was held today by the TWSE (Taiwan Stock Exchange) and the TPEx (Taipei Exchange). D-Link Corporation, referred to as “D-Link,” achieved a total score of 103.04 points, marking its debut in the second tier of listed companies with a market capitalization of 6% to 20%.
A total of 1,662 listed and OTC-listed companies participated in this year’s Corporate Governance Evaluation. In addition to a significant score increase of nearly 15 points and moving up one tier compared to the previous year, D-Link also ranked within the top 5% in the same industry category, with a market capitalization of NT$5 to 10 billion. This accomplishment reflects D-Link’s commitment to enhancing its corporate governance standards and its dedication to sustainability, which is receiving recognition.
